This agreement provides the Terms of Use under which Netmore Marketing, LLC offers services to you through its web site located at http://www.RideNAMA.com. Your use of the RideNAMA.com website as a user constitutes your agreement to all such “Terms of Use”. Netmore Marketing, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to amend and/or modify the Terms of Use.
Advertiser Account, Password and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and username, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Netmore Marketing, LLC of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Netmore Marketing, LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Advertiser Conduct
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Netmore Marketing, LLC, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the RideNAMA.com website. Netmore Marketing, LLC does not control the Content posted via the RideNAMA.com website and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Netmore Marketing, LLC RideNAMA.com website, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Netmore Marketing, LLC be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the RideNAMA.com website.

7. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose
8. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
9. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the RideNAMA.com website are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges
10.Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the RideNAMA.com website, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the RideNAMA.com website
11.Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law
12."Stalk" or otherwise harass another, or
13.Collect or store personal data about other users.
You acknowledge that Netmore Marketing, LLC does pre-screen Content, and that Netmore Marketing, LLC and its designates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the RideNAMA.com website. Without limiting the foregoing, Netmore Marketing, LLC and it’s designates shall have the right to remove any Content that is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the RideNAMA.com website, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Release and Indemnification
Netmore Marketing, LLC reserves the right to deactivate or cancel this service, as well as any individual account for any reason at its sole discretion.
Netmore Marketing, LLC and its designates are not liable to users of this service or to its registered participants for the content, quality, performance or any other aspect of any information provided by participants and transmitted by this service or for any errors in the transmission of said information. Netmore Marketing, LLC and its designates are not responsible for any damages arising out of the use of the RideNAMA.com website.
All users agree to hold Netmore Marketing, LLC and its representatives harmless and to indemnify them against all costs and expenses arising out of any claims, suits or litigation resulting from usage of this service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Netmore Marketing, LLC provides its web site “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Netmore Marketing, LLC disclaims all warranties or representations regarding Netmore Marketing, LLC whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
Fees
Users may view the RideNAMA.com website free of charge. However there are Fees for the purchase of some levels of listings, events, classifieds, and banner ads that are listed elsewhere on the web site. Netmore Marketing, LLC reserves the right to change its fee structure and payment schedule at any time. All purchases are final and no refunds will be given for early cancellation.
